Briefing can be a tedious process, as trying to explain a visual concept in written form has its challenges. We allow you to provide design examples to show a specific concept in a visual manner and allow you to use service like Loom to provide your design team with spoken instructions that support the written brief.
We have several levels of customer service to help you feel heard and understood. If you feel that you’re not getting through to a designer, contact your Account Manager.
